FAQ

Can I Put Tyres in The Skip Bin?
Yes! Our bins can handle all the tyres you can hold, and then some.
Can I Put Mattresses in The Bin?
Mattresses are completely fine to put in our skip bins. However, we recommend not going over the brim of the bin to keep things clean and make it easier to use.
What Size Skip Bin Should I Get?
If you know how much you’ll need to dispose of, a good rule of thumb is to take an estimate and get one size larger than your estimate. This way if you’re wrong you don’t have to hire a second bin and can save money.
When Do I Pay?
You can pay either when the bin is delivered to you or when you book the bin. The choice is yours!
Do I Need A Permit for My Hired Skip Bin?
Usually you won’t if you’re working on private property, but if you plan on placing your bin on public land such as a nature strip, footpath or road, there is a good chance you’ll need a permit. Our team can help you work out if you need one or you can contact your local council for direct information.
How Big Are Your Bins?
Our bins vary in size, ranging from 2m³ all the way up to 24m³. If you need a specific sized bin, you can be almost certain we’ve got the one you need.
What Kinds of Skip Bins Do You Offer?
We have regular skip bins, mini skip bins and hook skip bins. If you need more information on our bins to choose the one that best fits your needs, contact our team today.
How Long Do Can I Keep the Bin For?

Our standard hire time is 1 week, but if you need longer, we can organise it easily. Give us a call and ask and we’ll be happy to organise a hire extension. Hire time extensions start at $50 for a skip bin and $100 for a hook bin.

Can I Choose A Time the Bin Is Delivered to Me?
We can work to your schedule and deliver your bin when you need it. Maximise the time you have with the skip bin or get our team to drop it off when convenient. Just give us a call or let us know when you book and we’ll schedule it in.
